Assigned Users can see ticket, but cannot access it.
I have read the documentation thoroughly and am very well versed with Wordpress, installations, etc. I installed the theme, set the permalinks correctly, set the permission level so that Users can ONLY see tickets assigned to or created by them. Below are the steps that happened leading to the error.
1. Admin (administrator role), creates a ticket and assigns it to Johnny.
2. Johnny (Contributor role), logs in and is able to see the assigned ticket.
3. Johnny clicks on Ticket and receives "Sorry, the page you are looking for could not be located." message.
4. Admin tries to change Johnny's role to Author, yet still same issue.
Note:
- Wordpress is updated to latest version
- QC is updated to latest version
- No other plugins are installed at time of testing
- I have attempted this on Multiple Browsers and 2 different computers
Please help.
