Static Home Page! How To?
First of all I would like to say the quality control theme is great!
I would like to integrate a simple FAQ Knowledge base in the theme to help keep ticketing minimal. Is there any way I can setup a static home page? I tried creating a new page then Settings -> Reading and assigning the home page as my newly created page. I also create a new page called "View All Tickets". I assigned the static home page to my newly created FAQ page and the Posts page assigned to my View All Tickets page.
From the front end: When I click on the "All Tickets" menu item It loads the home page which I assigned to my FAQ page. Now if I add the slug "view-all-tickets" to my root domain it loads the all tickets page.
You guys have the "All Tickets" menu item taking over the home page with no option for creating any kind of static home page. It's not really a big deal however I would rather have my support customer's land on a page focusing them on checking the FAQ/Knowledge base before submitting a ticket.
What would you recommend for this issue, thanks.
