Sorting Tickets and States
Hello, for a 0.7 version:
1) Is there a way to show ticket lists according to their Priority?
As clearly under "My Tickets", "Status", "Milestone" and "Catagory" it would be great if people would see high priority tickets first and lower priority tickets further down.
Currently a high priority ticket might be "hidden" on page 3 or alike, as tickets only seem to be sorted according to their age.
Is there maybe a general setting "Sort tickets by priority"?
(If needed, one could define that the 0-high/1-mid/2-low ranking is done by ASCII text name comparison (such a comparison for state-names seems to be already applied when listing States in the right part of the window).
(For the "All Tickets" list I guess listing according to their age like now is fine.)
2) Would also be nice if closed Tickets would vanish
from the "My Tickets", "Status", "Milestone" and "Catagory" lists
or if there would be a setting to activate such a vanishing. As currently an unsolved ticket can be hidden on page 20 under lots of solved tickets.
As currently also Closed tickets are listed. What is the definition of "Quality Control" "Solved State" used for at the moment?
(However, we currently work around this by manually deleting "Assigned To" when closing a ticket.
3) Wish: When editing a ticket, it would be nice, if status/states would be sorted according to their ASCII text name
In the right part of the screen and under "Status" in the top scroll down menue such a sorting is already applied.
