Why are some posts held for moderator approval, others not?
Why are posts in this forum NOT held for moderator approval, but the general discussion ones are?
I am told the general discussion forum is "Community Support Only" but if the moderator does not like the post, then it never sees the light of day to get any community support.
I have posts being held hostage there, I believe, because they were critical of the software and/or support.
Is that accurate?
Or is there another reason my other posts are not showing up?
