using QC with a membership site? or blank front page?

I am wondering if anyone has used the QC theme with a membership plugin? (like S2 Member or DAP)

I would like to hide the entire site with a static home page that shows nothing but plain text (No hyperlinks of any sort).
Users would be provided a link to the log in page privately, so no need to display anything to the public.

Because this site has to be available on the web for remote access, the home page is publicly available.
Which mean even the casual visitor see the "Status, Priority, Milestone, Category" options in a menu format and a Visitor log in option.
I don't want even that to show that stuff.

How/What do I modify to achieve the desired result? Could it be done with a membership plugin?

The idea of using membership plugin software is to control the pages that a logged in user can access.
Think source code / solutions, departmental tickets, etc...

This would further control what even editors can see as the custom capabilities (of the membership plugin) would allow departmental managers (editors) to only see the tickets in their department; not all tickets in the site.

Thoughts? Comments? Recommendations?
