How does Taskerr really work?

You want to add service, the first thing you get is price plan - why can't it be register to become a member (then we have 2 options - ordinary member or a member with the ability to post?)

You can't see buy now unless you are logged on - why can't we have it regardless of users registration mode?

If I would like to implement this myself, which files should I edit (I'm quite good with php development just don't have time looking for files to edit - can the mod guide me please? )

I know the buy now feature has been fixed but I will like to update later not now...
