Image display size

I know my request are getting a bit much, I just hope its not getting annoying.

I am working on a project with a very tight deadline. So I need a bit of support with direction (not executing the task)

Basically, I would like to know how to edit the following (direct to where the files reside - I already created child theme)

1) The size of the image display - the current size is set as 180 by 180 (I would like to specify my own size)

2) The media file / image file input meta tag collecting the video file

3) How can I limit the number of image/media upload to 1

3) How to make form input not compulsory as well as add/collect additional inputs from lister to display on the services listing...

I need just direction to the files
