Recover password

Hello,



I detected an error, every time a user forgets their password and clicks recover password, an email arrives in their Gmail.



The problem is that when they click the link in the mail to retrieve their password, they get an 'invalid key' error.



How do I fix this?



Could this be fixed by forcing the link to open through the browser instead of the Gmail application?
