    Updated to new version and still can't see service plan options

    I can't see the service plan options for my Taskerr theme. I can't find any forums to help with this issue. The last forum I replied to was an old thread and one of your reps got back to me. He told me to update my taskerr. I purchased my software like a week and half ago. So I went back to my account and download the current version and it's plugin and it's the same problem.
