    Activate Order / Mark as Completed

    Hello,
    in menue item Payments I can see all Orders. In Edit Order there is the item Order Actions. It gives different status.
    Please help me. What does it mean:
    Mark as Completed -> payment was successful ?
    Activate Order -> ????

    Unfortunately Activate Order is not Publish the Listing?
    What is the correct sequence of steps?

    A) for free Listings
    B) for Listings with costs
