Add supporting text next to the Default Custom Fields

Hi!
Subject: Style Custom Fields in Vantage.
I would like to add a little text next to the fields to complete in order to avoid errors when someone places an ad. For example, some of my clients add tags without separate by commas. I would like to add an explanation to indicate the separation of tags by commas. How can I modify the default Custom Fields in order to add a supporting text. I would also like to make some required fields. How can I do this on Vantage or through the Directory child theme?
