    Blog Posts Image too Big, not Alligned Correctly

    If you go to my site, and click on the Blog (http://mycoachingcenter.com/blog/#sthash.mpmpk2Jv.dpbs) the image under blog posts title is way too big and not alligned correctly.

    Is it possible...
    - to have the image alligned at right side
    - have them as a thumbnail
    - have a little more text show on the left side of the image (how can I control how much text it will show?)
