Can I add textual content to "Create Listing" page?

HI,
is there a way to add more textual content to the "Create Listing" page under or above of each plan's description?

I want to create a FREE plan for anybody who would be willing to provide a very detailed article about their business and products and I'd like it to be explained on the Create Listing page.

I have tried just typing some text into Create Listing text box but the template overwrites it.
