Can't figure out search function

Hi, I cannot figure out how to get search results to correctly come up. I checked all my Geo settings according to the instructions and they are correct.

An example of the issue I'm having - I have added my own business as a listing, including location and zip code. When I go to search for my listing in the searchbar, I don't come up.

I enter a related keyword and my zip code - it says nothing found. I enter the city, nothing found. city and country, nothing found.

What could be wrong? Also, in the "refine search" sidebar, how can I increase the possible amount of miles to search? Here is a link to my site if you need it: http://directory.genesisspiritualhealingacademy.com/
