Can't login to website

Hi,

I have several web domains and I can't login to any of them. The login page doesn't exist. I recieved this reply in another thread:

This looks like a permalink issue, you have to login to the back end and after you activate your theme go to WP>Settings>Permalinks and choose 'post name' save and it should work.

If you cannot login now, use ftp and rename your 'wp-content/themes/vantage' to 'vantage1', this will revert WP to another theme, then in your browser type

www.domain.com/wp-admin

and then rename your vantage site activate it and re save the permalinks.

The thread has now been closed so I can't reply to it.

I've renamed the file 'vantage1' in ftp. But when I go to createforwellbeing.org/wp-admin it doesn't come up with any vantage details to rename. I'm not sure I understand the last instruction. Is someone able to explain this further, or offer another suggestion? I'm now completely locked out of my websites.
