I cant update my theme , plugins and wordpress

I try to update my wordpress , plugins and vantage theme but none of them going throw and it refers me to vantage dashboard , this is the error pops up when I try to update , please let me know how can I update it , thank you

IMPORTANT: If you have made any modifications to the AppThemes files, they will be overwritten if you proceed with the automatic update. Those with modified theme files should do a manual update instead. Visit your customer dashboard to download the latest version.
