Claim Listing Not working in "no approve" mode

I think if I understand this correctly - if the listing settings are that claimed listings must be approved - then the way they get approved is via the WordPress admin, the Admin users manually changes the Listing's Author?

if that is correct - then I assume that if the setting is unchecked - then when a listing is claimed (user has registered as "contributor" is logged in, goes through the purchase process) then when the claim is finished, the user should now be the post author correct?

When I get to the final step of the process - I'm taken to the listing but it says "Claim Listing" still ?

Note I've tested this in both the current child theme - as well as the default.

Clearly I've got a setting off, or this is a bug.
