    Contact listing owner stopped working after manual update to 1.2

    Contact listing owner and email notification stopped working after manual update to 1.2
    user cant get their passwords restore, no receipts, no Contact user
    listing etc. i did try using updater but its not working
    tried using plugins like WP Mail SMTP ,activated and deactivated checked the phpmailer works fine
