Create a listing and create an event form do not match

I noticed a graphical error between the two pages on the Vantage themes in relation to the sidebar area.... In the Create a Listing section it is Flat... versus the Create an Event Page has a distinctive Sidebar Rift Appearance.... (See Image Clips I have attached)..... Is there a way to make the pages look the same? Since It has been this way even before the update......
Please advise... and should be patched in next update...... And how do I fix this now while your team corrects this? Thanks (NEW VANTAGE USER-CLIENT)
