How to show the plan type in Create Event page as like Create listings page

Hi,

Could any one assist me how to show the plan type in the Create Event page as like Create listing page.

I have create three set of plans in the admin, they have been shown in the create listing page, now I need to add the same plan types in the Create listing page.

I have added the claim option to be checked in listings in the admin panel after some time they have been automatically unchecked in the admin listings pages.
