Custom form not working (messed up).

This is driving me crazy.

Custom forms don't work properly. I created two field with their categories. They appear in dropdown list in new listing page as app_time_service and app_promotions. I added another field in same custom form with same, of course categories, but this new field doesn't appear in dropdown list in new listing page. I deleted it, created it, deleted it again, created it, checked out and it doesn't appear in dropdown list. I decided to delete the entire custom form with the two fields that do appeared. I remove any reference to those two fields from my listings, but the app_time_service and app_promotions fields are still in dropdown list. More over, email field disappeared from some listings but not from others. It is a mess! I regret using this bad implemented custom form thing. Theres's a lot of post here about it.

How can I reset this thing??
