    Custom forms - Pdf upload

    Hi

    I have used custom forms to add a menu upload feature for restaurants. This shows up in the admin section of the listing and allows me to upload pdf. when I go to the listing the name of the document is shown next to menu as a pdf, however it will not let me actually access the document.

    Any ideas as to what I may have done wrong?
