Customizing Email text in Vantage

Hi, I am struggling to figure out how to customize the first email that goes out to customer when they register.
I do not see this email in the email.php script

------------- This is the default email on registration --------------
[xyx.com Blog] Your username and password

Username: joebloe
Password: xyzzz
http://xyz.com/blog/login/

---------------------------------------------------------------

I would like ti change
1. The From Email, it says "Wordpress" now.
2. The Labels and add more text for next steps, our logo etc.
3. The subject line for the email

Can anyone pl let me know where to look for this email text so I can modify the default. I found all the rest in the email.php.

Again it would have been nice, if customization of email was provided form the admin panel so we dont have to mess around with the code

Any pointers would be highly appreciated
