Help Customizing Importing and other Configuration of Vantage

I would like to hire someone to skype with me to show/guide me through some configurations that I want to do. I am not comfortable with php and I have some questions that I know I could figure out on my own, however time is money at this point. The primary task is to write custom configuration for the csv importer.
