Customizing Search

Hi, is it possible to customize the search?

I would like to require that any searches include both the Keyword and Location (City etc) terms and to return an error if they are not.

I would also like the searches to include custom fields added using the Vantage Custom Forms and ideally also any added using the Advanced Custom Fields plugin (not the Marketplace Classipress one - the one available at the Wordpress Repository)

Lastly - the extra Custom Forms field is optional - would some listings not having an value for it affect the search results. (basically its an optional geographical region)

I'm not too clear on how separate the Search in Vantage is. I've tried a few options including the Relevanassi plugin but without any luck. Is any guidance on this available - apologies if so but I've not been able to find it.
