Dashboard problem for subscribers.

'm still waiting for a response.
This is the fourth time I post the same question:
the name of my site is http://www.web-media29.com
my dashboard is www.web-media29.com/ tableaudebord / the
subscribers have the same www.web-media29.com / tableaudebord / .
I aiimerais that the dashboard is my subscribers : www.web-media-29.com/id/tableaudebord/
or, as on appthèmes " my.web-media.com " .
Another problem
when I logged in as administrator , a subscriber can register or sign and it happens on the dashboard "administrator" .
It is not normal.
Is this a bug?
What can we do ?
