    Disable user from adding new post

    Hi! I'm new to Vantage. Just installed it, with the French Translation file. Is there a way to disable anyone but me to add a new listing?

    or

    Also, I tried to set up a fee, but when I create new listings I also have to make a paiement.. Is there a way to Setup a fee but to bypass the fee if we're the admin trying to add a new listing?
