Displaying one Category only (by default) when Index page is opened

I can force what I am trying to accomplish by going into my DNS settings and pointing my URL to http://www.reservestudy.org/listings...udy-providers/ but I really would prefer not to do that. I just want this category and this category alone to display when the viewer visits the website.

I do not wish to remove the other categories as these are complementary services. However, I want the user to be presented with a list of reserve study providers.
