Editing Fields / Custom Fields

Hey guys,

i'm new with using Vantage, its always been Classipress for me, and i'm finding it a bit of struggle to use since its a little different.
I can;t find on the WP dashboard to edit the fields - there is only Custom Form. Where do i edit the fields?

Also, i'm assuming doing a new form would replace the current form?
