    Error 330 Theme not working

    I purchased the developer version of the theme and followed all the steps to
    install on our site. However, when someone clicks
    on "Add a business now," the following error comes up:

    This webpage is not available
    The webpage at
    http://domainhere.com/login/?redirec...ate-listing%2F
    might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web
    address.
    Error 330 (net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED): Unknown error.

    I unzipped the one file and uploaded, but there was another file also that I
    did not put anywhere. Where does that go?

    Also, to the right of the logo, we put a 728 x 90 ad that is not showing
    full size. Please advise on why that might not be correct.
