Error: Claim Listing & Next Page

My CLAIM LISTING option and the PAGE NAVIGATION at the bottom of the home page listing "1, 2, Next... " in the listings view returns a "Page cannot be found" error.

Other links work.
Examples:
- the BLOG menu option works - goes to a/index.php/blog-2/
- the click through to a business, e.g. /index.php/listings/dna-creative/

i noticed that for the link when clicking on e.g. "1, 2, next..." in the PAGE NAVIGATION for the listing on the home page: /index.php/listings/index.php/page/2/
and for CLAIM LISTING it is: /listings/claim/272/


My Permalink is /%postname%/

Please help as i have read the documentation (which has a lot of info) but cannot get mine to work.
