Event Moderation not working?

Hi,

Having problem with the Event Moderation setting on Vantage. When we set the flag to Moderate Events, after posting an event the user receives a 404 error, page not found.

There is nothing in the admin to indicate an event is waiting for moderation.

If I disable the moderation flag it all works fine, Event gets posted, however I am now a bit worried about the spam issue, as we dont charge for Events to be posted....however maybe will have to do so if SPAM becomes an issue.

Am running Vantage 1.3.2, Wordpress 3.9 Multisite.
