    Create Event button not working

    hi,
    When i click on create event button which is in sidebar it goes to all events page not to create event page.Same for menu "lists your events" goes to events page(template for this page is create event).
    when i typed manually /create-event it shows page not found (e.g. http://www.musicassociationindiadire.../create-event/)
    please help me .i have checked all possible settings in admin but its not working.
