Facebook and other social media buttons connect to Appthemes

Hello,
I have noticed that although I connected my facebook page using the Sharing Settings, the button on the page still connects to the default - Appthemes FB page.
The hyperlink on Sharing Settings (Dashboard) does connect to the right page, so I have installed the correct info, however on the published page it connects to Appthemes. see http://marinedirectory.net/

Not only does this lead visitors away from my sites, the seositecheckup report shows that I have no social media.

Before I connect the other social media, can anyone help with this please?
