    Featured Options not showing up

    I created a test listing with the option to be featured on the category. When that option expired, I received an email inviting me to upgrade the listing. When I follow that link, or choose "upgrade listing" on the screen that presents (titled "Active Subscriptions"), no featured options are offered. I have "listing Add-ons" set up is payment settings and they show on a new listing. any help is welcome
