Header not showing

Hi there

My header image and Google adsense advert that is embedded in the header widget have just stopped showing on my website. I have 2 networked websites with their own child themes and both are not showing the header. I disabled my plugins to see if it was a conflict but nothing changed. I haven't made any changes to the header recently and in the back end its showing an image is loaded, which I tried re-uploading to see if it changed anything but its still not showing. I inspected the element and it shows that in the masthead container it has <hgroup> but with nothing between the code, not sure if this is anything wrong? I'm unsure how long it has been like this i.e. just today or a few days and I have the latest update of vantage.
