    How can I remove gaps in the header and at the page bottom?

    I have a trans png header on my site http://www.northampton-business-directory.com/ I would like a .jpg but there is always a gap above and below the image. At the bottom of the page there is a gap before the footer starts.

    How can I remove these 3 gaps?
