    How can I turn on an advanced text editor for users (TicyMCE or Html Editors)?

    How can I turn on an advanced text editor for users (TicyMCE or Html Editors)?
    I tried via "wp-admin -> Vantage -> Settings -> Content Editor", but the editors don't appear to users when editing theirs ads.
