    How to create featured listing for revenue

    url is NotAFranchise.com. I just added a listing to my own Vantage site for another business I own. I can't find an option for someone to create a featured listing once they have been approved. How can I make it so they can make their listing featured on approval. There is no indication that I can see that the new listing owner has that option. Thanks.
