    How to make payment options page visible?

    Hi everyone,

    hoping that someone will know the answer to this... I am using vantage but cannot seem to find the control to make the "add business" page visible, my page says "must login first" but on the vantage demo you can see the prices for the listings without being logged in....

    do you know how to make payment options page visible?
