    How to upload csv of listings into Vantage

    I found the sample csv and added a test record to it and then uploaded it via ftp to the same folder where the sample was ... but the listing did not show up. Clearly that is not the right method.

    How do I upload the csv with my records? Also, these records append to the database, right?

    I'm sure these are very basic questions, but I don't see good documentation anywhere.
