    If no Identity token, is it safe to process paypal payment?

    Dear Sir,

    I have some questions on payment of Vantage theme:

    1) if I don't have Sandbox, and can not enable PDT and without identity token, IPN is disabled, if in this case, is paypal payment still safe to process?

    2) how and where in paypal to apply the identity token? and how to get sandbox?
