Issue with Sub Categories

Hi,

I have set up all of my Categories and Sub-Categories (some of them up-to four levels deep)

For main navigation bar I only want the top level cats to show up

Settings as follows:

Vantage Settings > Categories Menu Item Options > Category Depth = 0
Vantage Settings > Categories Page Options > Category Depth = 4

Main nav menu bar works as required BUT...

The Sub categories are not showing up anywhere

I have "Categories: Categories" Widget added to the Main Sidebar but this shows "No categories"

Is there a way of displaying any sub cats beneath the map and above the Listings
