Issues with Language Theme

I'm attempting to use the translation file to change the name on the "Add a business now" button but can't seem to get it working.

I've created the .mo and .po using poedit
saved the files in themes/vantage-child/vantage-child-en_CA.mo (and .po)
I've added the define( 'WPLANG', 'en_CA' ); line to my wp-config.php

I just don't seem to see any results.
