    Listing not linked to plans

    Using vantage theme but I'm stuck because there's no documentation available for a $99 theme. These are my questions:

    1) How to link the plans to the listings? I'm adding a new listing Client but I do not see anywhere the plan to applied to him. I already set 4 different plans.

    2) How to set the users and link them to the listings? In fact a user is just a listing.

    3) How to remove the appthemes ads in my pages (content and footer)?

    Help needed please.
