Listing plan not including featured add-ons

I have a free 60 day non recurring trial listing plan that includes the featured add-ons of the homepage and category page for 7 days. When I moderate and accept the listing it does not apply the "featured on homepage and category page". The listing is shown as a non featured listing on the home page and category page. It didn't even apply the listing duration of 60 days. I had to manually place the 60 day duration and apply the featured on homepage and category page. Shouldn't these be added automatically or do I have to do this manually every time?
