Listing upgrade featured - nothing is working
Apptheme team,
Why all post about featured upgrade and pricing plan are always avoid to find solutions
and that pricing plan and recurring payment problem are not fix since your first launch and latest update?
There is a lot of conflict in the logic of the plan that is stopping directories owners from making money
why it is not a priority to the apptheme forum to solve and update the feature?
I read a lot of post about it but not finding no solutions from you guys to upgrade and to accommodate your clients
Just tried again on test site your upgrade listing option
it doesn't work!! and options are completely upside down
1-when the "featured" option expire the user receive an email warning that he can renew his listing
but since package is not over....he cannot renew is feature options
2-then there is an option for user to upgrade at anytime his package but if package active he cannot renew
3-maybe you should make a better tutorial and maybe video of how to use the recurring payment feature
get a list of 5 or 10 active users that you can use as test or do a webinar,
call or email us directly and other long term and active forum user of apptheme.
ask us what we need to get comfortable with the tool and fix it
