Upgrade listing not working for me

Hi support, got problem with this topic.

Here are the steps I have done:
1. I have created a plan Basic with value $0.
2. But for this Basic's featured listing a $30 has been set. Both will be for unlimited duration. So days value is set to 0.
3. I have set up Paypal and Bank Transfer enable.
4. Now I created a listing : http://newstaging.bestofbentonville....-test-listing/ and made it claimable.
5. Now what I want is that. Once people will click the claim button it will o to the SELECT PLAN page, where he will select the only available BASIC plan, but won't be able to select the Featured options. (I will hide those from CSS). It works fine.
6. Now when the user go for upgrade the listing, he will find those featured options there and he will select those.
7. On the next page it should ask fro $30, as Featured options cost this much. But it says $0, and "Your order has been completed." But nothing happens after this, neither on the fron end nor in the wp-admin section.

Can you please suggest me, what's going wrong?
