Listings in Draft and it's Order in Pending Undecided Mode - users can't see listings

I have an issue and I expired finding an answer reading all I could get on this Forum.

Just solved an issue by checking the Business/Premium Account (Paypal) within the Payment/Settings/Paypal window. Because of this users after register and after creating a listing (I have no free option) they could not find a payment gateway. As a result their listing is in Pending & Draft mode and the order is in Pending/Undecided mode. Good this far BUT the problem is that users don't see their draft listing - and have no way of accessing their created listing to re-attempt to pay and complete the payment/order then have the pending listing come up for approval and publication.

What would you recommend as the best course of action for ma as the Admin to kick this listing "back in their queue" so to speak where they can re-engage?
