Making small changes

Hey everyone,

Love the theme! I just want to make some small modifications though and was wondering if I can get some help.

1 - Search For (e.g. restaurant, web designer, florist) - How to edit this text?
2 - Business Listings - How to edit this text?
3 - Vantage Create Listing Button - "Add a business now" - How do I edit this text?
4 - Photo Gallery - How do I change the fact that only 5 are allowed? Would like to increase this number to 10.
5 - How to edit the templates and forms?
6 - When a user logs in to edit their listing, I would like to give them the ability to chance the Listing Type - Category. How can I enable this?
7 - Rename "categories". I'm listing a bunch of cities under categories and would like to rename the page to Cities instead of Categories.
